Purpose and information
MJ ASANO processes names, email addresses, service types and project details to discuss, respond to and carry out commissions. Service usage records, random identifiers, access times, source categories, device and language information are collected automatically to operate and improve the site. Usage records are not linked to commission contact details.
Retention and deletion
Commission information is automatically deleted 90 days after consultation or work ends; our usage records after 90 days; abuse-prevention identifiers within 3 days. Electronic records are deleted to prevent recovery; backup copies expire on the provider’s retention cycle. Contract or payment records subject to statutory retention are kept for the applicable legal period.
Processors and international transfers
Supabase Pte. Ltd. handles commission intake and storage (storage: Sweden; operations/support: Singapore and the United States; privacy@supabase.io). Vercel Inc. provides hosting, request processing and visitor statistics (United States and service locations; privacy@vercel.com). The information above is transferred over encrypted connections on access or submission for the stated purposes and retention criteria. Overseas processing/storage necessary to fulfill commissions is disclosed under Article 28-8(1)(3)(a) of Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act. To refuse transfer, do not submit a commission or request suspension through the contact below; this may limit online intake or fulfillment. No separate third-party disclosure is made without a legal basis.
Declining automatic collection
We honor browser DNT and GPC signals. You may use supported browser settings or analytics request blocking to decline analytics while continuing to use the commission form.
Rights and safeguards
You or your representative may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing. Requests are verified and handled under applicable law. Access restrictions, administrator authentication and encrypted connections protect the information.
